A case of cheating has been registered against TV industry’s well-known actor Karanvir Bohra and his wife Tajinder Sidhu i.e. TJ Sidhu. According to news agency ANI, a case has been registered against 6 people including actor Manoj Bohra alias Karanveer Bohra for duping a 40-year-old woman on the pretext of returning her money at 2.5% interest. The woman claimed that the actor has so far only returned an amount of over Rs 1 crore.

According to information received from Oshiwara police station, the woman claimed that when she asked for the amount, Bohra and his wife Tajinder Sidhu did not respond properly and threatened to shoot her. Police have started an investigation and their statement will be recorded soon. However, on this matter neither Karanveer nor his wife has given any official statement but police have started the investigation.

Karanvir said in the lockup- ‘I am in debt’

Karanvir Bohra recently revealed in Kangana Ranaut’s reality show Lockup that he is in debt from head to toe. He also confessed that there are many cases going on against him. Karanvir Bohra cried and told that ‘I am in debt. I’m completely lost. I have not been able to return money to many people. Because of which 3-4 cases are going on against me. Whatever work I have done or am doing since 2015, I am doing it only for money. Had someone else been in my place, he would have committed suicide by now.
