Bollywood star Bipasha Basu took to Instagram Stories to share a glimpse of a sweet surprise she and her husband Karan Singh Grover got on Sunday for their daughter Devi. They got the gifts from another new parent Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja.

Recently, Bipasha and Karan announced that they have become parents to a daughter. They named her Devi. She shared the news of her first child on her social media handle. She shared with her daughter’s feet. She shared a message too. Bipasha wrote, “The physical manifestation of our love and blessings of Ma is here now and she is divine.”

Bipasha posted a glimpse of Sonam’s surprise on social media. She shared a card and two baskets, filled with gifts like small blue caps and toys for Bipasha and Karan’s daughter Devi. The baskets were decorated with pink-and-white balloons as well as matching ribbons. “Baby Girl” was written on the balloons. It was so cute.

Bipasha wrote on her Instagram stories, “Thank you @sonamkapoor @anandahuja & Vayu (red heart emoji), Devi loved her gifts (red heart and evil eye amulet emoji).” Sonam and Anand gave them a card too. It read, “Dear Bips & Karan, Congratulations on your baby girl. A child is a blessing and I am sure ‘Devi’ has brought them in abundance. – Sonam, Anand and Vayu.”

Devi is the daughter of Bollywood stars Karan Singh Grover and Bipasha Basu. On the sets of their 2015 film Alone, they met. They married the following year. After a few years of their marriage, Bipasha and Karan announced that they are expecting a child in August 2022.
