As Bigg Boss OTT coming to an end soon, a lot of speculations on the tentative list of contestants finalized or in talks for Bigg Boss 15 are rife. Although none of the celebrity names coming up in headlines has confirmed their participation in the controversial show yet, every day new celebs are added to the rumours list. Now, according to the latest reports, Barkha Bisht and Indraneil Sengupta might be getting locked in the Bigg Boss house this year.
Not a long time ago, we reported about the trouble brewing between the TV couple Barkha Bisht and Indraneil Sengupta. As a result of strain in their relationship, Barkha also reportedly unfollowed Indraneil on Instagram and the two started living separately too. If the couple makes an entry in the Bigg Boss, they will be following the footsteps of Rubina Dilaik and Abhinav Shukla. In Bigg Boss 14, Rubina and Abhinav shocked everyone with the confession that they were heading for divorce before entering the show. They also revealed that by participating in the reality show, they wanted to give each other a second chance.
It was in June 2021 that the reports of trouble in the couple’s paradise made headlines for the first time. The reason for the cracks in their long marriage life was suggested to be Indraneils’s alleged proximity to actress, Ishaa Saha in Kolkata. As per the sources, Indraneil’s affair with a Bengali actress started in February-March 2021 when he was shooting for his film, Tarulotar, Bhoot in West Bengal.
When Barkha was contacted, she quashed any such happening. In an interview with Bombay Times Barkha said, “I am not taking this seriously. Such rumors become a part and parcel of your life when you are in showbiz. Neil and I have spoken about this and we don’t feel the need to give it any significance. Neil and I are fine.”
Earlier, Indraneil had also rubbished all the rumors of his marriage hitting a rough patch. He added, “Barkha and I are doing fine, thank you. I do not know what is the source of this but all these are merely rumours. The reports also claimed that I have been visiting Kolkata often. That is untrue. I travel to Kolkata only when there is work. The last time I was there, it was for a shoot. My next Kolkata trip too will just be for some work assignment. Barkha and I have a long career ahead and I am okay with such rumours popping up at times. There is nothing I can do about it.”
Apart from Barkha and Indraneil, former Miss Teen North-East, Mahika Sharma has also been approached by the makers of Bigg Boss 15. Mahika caught the limelight for her alleged relationship with adult movie star Danny D. Other than that, there are strong rumors of actors like Reem Sameer, Simba Nagpal, Sanaya Irani, Amit Tandon, Simba Nagpal, Anusha Dandekar, Arjun Bijlani, Disha Vakani, Tina Dutta, and Manav Gohil entering Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 15, but nothing has been finalized.
The show will premier in October and till then, we have to wait for the final list of participants.
