Earlier last year, fans were startled when Nisha Rawal and Karan Mehra spoke out about their rocky relationship. They leveled serious allegations against the other, shocking their friends, coworkers, and supporters. Nisha Rawal accused Karan of domestic abuse in May of last year. She further said that he drained her bank account of roughly Rs.1 crore and had sold all her wedding jewels.

After being detained on suspicion of assaulting Nisha, Karan was subsequently freed on bail after posting a $50,000 bond. When Nisha found out what Karan and his family had been up to, she took matters into her own hands. She filed a second complaint against him and his family, charging them with several counts under the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including sections 498-A, 377, 406, 323, 504 & 506 r/w Section 34).

According to Karan, the FIR was filed because of dowry cruelty, sexual assault, and other forms of abuse. Finally, he has received a stay order on the matter, which indicates that the court will determine whether or not to submit a charge sheet, but that the police may still investigate.’ Nisha Rawal had filed a second FIR against Karan Mehra and his family months ago, but Karan Mehra could secure a stay order on it. It’s excellent news for the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor that the Mumbai High Court has agreed to halt the investigation into the second police complaint against him.

Karan decided to take the dispute to court. Karan Mehra disclosed that he had evidence to refute everything Nisha had said. A few days went by without him having access to his computers and data. ‘My first objective was to help my family get back on their feet.’

According to Hindustan Times, Karan is now working on the first FIR. Many people had counseled Karan to compromise and move on, but the former Bigg Boss participant stated he didn’t desire to move on. How would my family and friends see me?’ he inquired. Karan further said that Nisha has been making many claims and that when those remarks are examined, it is clear that they are distinct from all the others.
