A shocking news is coming from the film industry. Actress Mahima Chaudhary is battling cancer. Mahima Chaudhary, who made her mark in Bollywood with the film ‘Pardes’, has breast cancer. Bollywood actor Anupam Kher has revealed this. Anupam Kher has shared a video on his official Instagram account. In this video Mahima Chaudhary is telling how Anupam Kher called her to work on his project. She then told Anupam about her illness. During this, Mahima looked very emotional while talking.

In the video shared by Anupam Kher on Instagram, Mahima is initially seen smiling. But later she becomes emotional. The hair on her head has also fallen due to cancer. In video, Mahima Chaudhary is saying that when Anupam Kher called her from his US number, she understood that it would be an urgent call and she should receive that call. She further told that when Anupam asked her to do the film, she said that she would like to work in the film, but will he be able to wait for it?

Mahima Chaudhary further said that when she asked Anupam Kher to wait, Anupam Kher replied saying, ‘No, I cannot wait. Where are you?’ Then Mahima Chaudhary told that she has lost her hair and since then she has been getting calls for web series and films. While telling this Mahima starts crying. When Anupam Kher asked her reason for this, Mahima said, ‘I am not at home.’ Anupam Kher said, ‘Why?’ Then Mahima said, ‘My hair is falling. I am battling cancer. After this Anupam Kher consoled her and said, ‘You are very courageous.’ In the video, Mahima Chaudhary says to Anupam Kher, ‘When your call came, I understood that there would be an urgent call.’

Anupam Kher gleefully says, ‘How did you know about cancer?’ She told, ‘I didn’t have any symptoms. I got tested. Sonography done. When I met the doctors regarding the reports, pre-cancerous cells were found. Doctors are saying that it is 100% curable. When I was crying my sister consoled me that why are you crying? I said, ‘Cancer is very scary.’ When Anupam Kher asked to say something for the women battling cancer, Mahima said, ‘I am learning from those women. Women who come for chemo, and for treatment. She makes me normal.’

Anupam Kher wrote in the caption, ‘A month ago I called Mahima Chaudhary from America to work in my film. It was revealed in the conversation that she is battling breast cancer. He further wrote, ‘This war of her will give hope to many women around the world. Mahima wanted me to help her discover this journey. Mahima, you are my hero.’ Anupam further said, ‘Friends send your love, prayers and best wishes.’ He also wrote, ‘Now she is making a comeback. Ready to fly again.
