While their on-screen characters of Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger may never have been friends, the actors’ relationship on set was extremely close, as Felton has discussed in his memoir.

Tom Felton ‘secret love’ to Emma Watson:
According to The Washington Post, Tom discusses his relationship with Emma, the public perception of it, and how he has feelings for her. While fans have been rooting for the couple to get together under the couple name “Dramione” for years, the actor revealed that their true bond is quite different. According to The Washington Post, Felton, 34, says in an excerpt from his book, “I’ve always had a secret love for Emma, though perhaps not in the way that people might want to hear.
That’s not to say there hasn’t ever been a spark between us. There most certainly has, albeit at different times.”
The rumoured relationship between Tom and Emma
Tom also discussed how rumours about his relationship with Emma spread despite the fact that the couple never admitted to it. He also recalled denying that he liked Watson in that way, despite the fact that the truth was different, and discussed how his then-girlfriend reacted to this.
He recalls how his girlfriend felt something was unsaid between them. ‘I love her like a sister,’ I remember saying, but it was beyond that.”
Emma’s support for Tom’s memoir
Tom revealed the motivation for writing a memoir and what made him think about sharing his story with the world in a recent interview with The Independent ahead of the release of his book. The actor revealed that he was encouraged to write his memoir by a few people, one of whom was Emma Watson. The actor revealed that Emma specifically requested that he tell the entire story rather than just “cherry-pick the fluffy bits” so that it would not only be a cathartic experience for him but also be of assistance to others who may be going through the same thing.
A romantic relationship between Felton and Harry Potter crew member Jade Olivia Gordon lasted from 2008 to 2016. The actor has also been linked to Melissa Tamschick and Phoebe Tonkin, both actresses.
Watson, on the other hand, has recently sparked dating rumours with businessman Brandon Green. For nearly two years, the actress was in a relationship with Leo Robinton. In 2019, the actress made headlines for referring to her relationship status as “self-partnered” rather than “single.”
Emma Watson starred as Hermione Granger, while Felton her nemesis Malfoy in the immensely popular franchise ‘Harry Potter’. The two actors starred in all eight films in the series from 2001 to 2011.
