‘I Protect The Bullied And Bully The Ones Who Bully,’ Says Salman Khan On His Bigg Boss Hosting Skills!

The much-awaited reality show Bigg Boss is going to hit the screens this weekend. And this time, viewers will get many surprises as makers have kept the participants’ names under wraps. During the launch of the show in Mumbai recently, the host Salman Khan opened up on what makes him return to the show every season. Khan also divulged over his hosting skills.

Revealing the reason behind coming back on the show every year, Salman said that he learns a lot from the bunch of people he comes across on the show. “Bohot kuch sekhne ko milta hai (I learn a lot). I get to meet so many people and whenever everyone goes off track, I like getting them back on the right way. I protect the bullied and bully the ones who bully. The four months that we are on air, we do develop a bond,” he stated.

Joking about how makers have no other option than getting him back as host each year, Salman quoted, “I also get irritated sometimes. But these people are majboor to take me. If not me, who then. However, if it was on them, they wouldn’t come to me. Main khud apne paas na jaun but inke paas option nahi hai.”

The Ek Tha Tiger actor also squashed the rumors of him getting paid Rs.1000 Crore fee to host this season. He uttered, “Itna mujhe kabhi life mein nahi milega. Itna mil gaya toh kabhi kaam na karu. (I won’t ever get this much money. If I got this much, I would never work.) I have a lot of expenses, like lawyers. Because of these rumours, income tax people notice and come to me.” Salman Khan joined as a host of Bigg Boss from its 4th season which aired in 2010. Since then, he has been donning the hosting hat for the show.
