Mirzapur 2: The Dialogues From The Trailer Have Sparked A Meme Fest On Twitter; Deets Inside

After making fans wait for almost two years, the trailer for second season of the popular series Mirzapur finally released. The twists and turns of the series and the plots have wowed several of the web series’ lovers. Amazon Prime Video released the official trailer on October 6, after sharing several promo videos on social media.

The second season will see Pankaj Tripathi, Divyenndu Sharmaa, Shweta Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Isha Talwar, Vijay Varma and Rasika Dugal, among others playing pivotal roles. After being posted, the trailer immediately went viral and has more than 13 million views in a day.

The trailer for the second season of the series saw several dialogues and wordplays around niyam (rules) that instantly became fan-favourites. And many took to Twitter to post memes and jokes around them. The dialogues are so catchy that even the official account of Mumbai Police shared a meme inspired by Pankaj Tripathi’s dialogue, “Niyam same hoga (The rules will stay the same).” They added a coronavirus twist to the dialogue.

Mirzapur Season 2 is being produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani’s Excel Entertainment. It has been directed by Gurmmeet Singh and Mihir Desai and created by Puneet Krishna. The show will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from October 23.
