Bollywood actress and beauty pageant winner Urvashi Rautela stays in headlines for one reason or another. After grabbing limelight for her alleged love affair with Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant, she is again getting associated with personality from the same field. Recently, Rautela wished Pakistani cricketer Naseem Shah on his birthday on Instagram. which has made Twitteratis speculating a love angle between them.
Recently, Naseem congratulated fellow Pakistani cricketer Shadab Khan on his wedding. He put out photos of himself with the groom alongside which he wrote, “Congratulations mere chotay bhai. May Allah bless you both on this day with a lifetime of shared love and joy. Best wishes always.”
Urvashi commented on this Instagram post of Naseem and wishes him on his birthday. She also congratualted him for winning an honorary deputy superintendent of police (DSP) rank in the Pakistan’s Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police. She penned, “Happy birthday Naseem Shah and congratulations on being conferred with honorary DSP rank,”
Naseem took everyone by surprise as he responded to Urvashi’s comment with a ‘thank you’ followed by hands joined together emoticon.
As soon as Twitter users noticed this first interaction between Urvashi and Naseem, they started coming up with memes. One netizen joked, “Relax guys, bari behan ne chotey bhai ko sirf birthday wish ki hai (an elder sister wished birthday to her brother, that’s all).” Another wrote, “Urvashi Rautela wished Naseem Shah on his birthday in his latest Instagram post’s comments section. Kabhi (sometimes) Mr RP to kabhi Naseem Shah.”
For the unversed, Urvahsi Rautela attended a match between between Pakistan and India. After this, she had shared a fan edit of herself and Naseem on her Instagram account. In the clip, the editor juxtaposed a blushing Urvashi from the stands with a smiling Naseem on the field. This sparked their relationship rumors. But soon, Urvashi clarified that nothing of sorts is brewing between them. Naseem also dismissed all such theories by saying that he did not know ‘who Urvashi Rautela was’ in a media interaction in 2022.
