1. Emphasis has been laid on decentralizing the organization of essential health services. Actually, the number of corona infected patients is different in different districts, as well as the health services in all the districts are also different. Services will be fine through such decentralization.

2. A transparent National Price Policy has also been mentioned. Under this, there should be limits on the prices of all essential health services related to medical services such as ambulance, oxygen, essential medicines and hospital care. Cash is not needed during the treatment in the hospital. The cost must be covered by existing health insurance plans for all people, as has been done in some states.
3. Clear, evidence-based information on corona management should be disseminated and implemented more widely. This information should include suitably adapted International Guidelines for Home Care and Treatment, Primary Care and District Hospital in local languages incorporating local conditions and clinical practice.
4. Human resources in all sectors of the health system, including the private sector, should be mobilized to deal with COVID-19. Adequate resources, especially adequate personal protective equipment. These should be corrected with guidance on the use of insurance and mental health support.

5. State governments should decide on priority groups for evidence-based immunization to utilize the available vaccine doses, which can be increased as supplies improve. Vaccination is a public interest and should not be left to the market mechanism.
6. Civil society at the grassroots level has historically played an important role in people’s participation in health care and other development activities, such as in dealing with COVID-19 in Mumbai.

8. Due to Corona, a large number of laborers and people from low income group have had to suffer. In such a situation, the government should make arrangements to transfer cash in the account of such people. Irrespective of the condition of the contract, the government needs to give money to these companies.
