Sneha Ullal dropped a gorgeous picture of herself on Instagram from a monochrome bridal photoshoot. The fans cannot stop comparing her to former beauty queen Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Sneha is dressed in a traditional ensemble and beautiful heavy jewellery. She looks ethereal. Her black and white click enforces netizens to compare her with Aishwarya. One user commented, “Full Ash” while another one wrote, “Aishwarya Xerox”.
The constant comparisons made Sneha speak and she told IANS, “I am so comfortable in my own skin and all those comparisons didn’t bother me. Also, that was their PR strategy on how to describe me. That thing actually emphasized the entire comparison. Otherwise, it may not have been such a big deal.”[*sic]

She said she did not like to be constantly compared with Aishwarya. She wanted to have her own identity and should be recognized by her work and achievements, not by her looks.
The actress Sneha Ullal, back in 2005, was launched in Bollywood by Salman Khan for the leading role in his movie named ‘Lucky No Time for Love’. People were quick to notice because of her striking similarity with Aishwarya Rai. The photoshoot is compared with Aishwarya’s look from Ashutosh Gowariker’s historical love drama Jodha Akbar.
Apart from Lucky, Sneha starred in the 2006 movie ‘Aryan’ opposite Sohail Khan, and Kaashh…Mere Hote’ in 2008. Both the movies failed drastically at the box office, leaving Sneha with no option to turn towards the south film industry where she featured in several Telugu and Tamil films.
She has made her digital debut with ‘Expiry Date’, streaming on ZEE5.
