Actor Sahil Khan got popular for his fitness more than his films. He remains in the headlines for his controversial statements. Lately, the actor attracted the limelight when the professional bodybuilder and Ex-Mr India, Manoj Patil tried to commit suicide and accused Sahil of it. Khan held a press conference to clear the wrong perceptions being built about him. In his interaction with the media, Sahil shared his side of the story and revealed that Patil took Rs 2 lakhs from him and sold him expired steroids. It sounds a little strange to Saahil that Patil did not mention Raj’s name (who was also involved in the entire case) in his suicide note. He said, “All I have done is support the boy and stood against selling steroids since it’s a crime in our country. What if the guy had died after consuming expired steroids? This could be a publicity stunt with a communal angle. I have had no direct association with Manoj, I have not had any transaction with him either.”
Sahil’s case with Patil has not settled down, and the actor is making a buzz again. Recently, the actor went to Meerut to inaugurate his store of bodybuilding products named “Buyceps.” When the actor reached the store, the fans broke the barricades to catch one glimpse of the handsome actor. As a result, police had to resort to lathi-charge. Buyceps has several stores around the country.
The pictures of the lathi-charge are doing rounds on social media. The incident that took place at the Garh road of Nauchandi police station area in Meerut has raised several questions like “How was the permission granted to let so many people collected in one place in times of corona?”, “Did the organizers of the program make any arrangements to prevent people from getting out of control?”, etc.
