Bombay High Court has reserved order on the plea of actor Salman Khan. Let us tell you that in the month of August, Bollywood actor Salman Khan filed a petition against his neighbor Ketan Kakkar, accusing him of posting provocative social media. Salman had filed a petition in the court saying that ‘Ketan Kakkar has put many posts against him on social media, which are derogatory and inflammatory.’ Actually, Ketan had falsely accused Salman Khan of doing illegal work in the farmhouse. The hearing of this matter took place today i.e. on Tuesday. After which the court decided to reserve its decision.

In March this year, Salman Khan filed a defamation suit against Ketan Kakkar challenging the order of the civil court. But the actor did not get any positive response from there and the court refused to grant any relief against Ketan. The actor had demanded that the court restrain Ketan from taking down the videos uploaded against him on social media and making any comments against him. But, the court did not consider Salman’s statement. In such a situation, Salman approached the High Court.

On this, the statement of Salman’s lawyer Ravi Kadam also came out, in which he had called the court’s decision wrong. Ravi Kadam said, ‘The videos uploaded by Ketan Kakkar are completely fabricated. These are not only defamatory but also communally incite people against Salman’.

Ketan compares Salman to Aurangzeb and Babar in the video. Taking forward his point, Salman’s lawyer said, ‘Ketan says that it took 500 years to build the temple of Ayodhya and Salman Khan wants to get the Ganesh temple closed here. Comments have been made against Salman Khan on these videos. So it is clear that through this video the audience is being instigated against Salman. This case has been made completely Hindu versus Muslim’.
