Ashneer Grover, the creator of Bharat Pe, replied to allegations that his wife was wearing the apparel of a rejected entrepreneur on the program Shark Tank India.

An entrepreneur named Niti Singhal showed her fashion brand, “Twee In One,” to Ashneer in Shark Tank India, who trashed it and declared no one would wear it.

However, Ashneer’s wife, Madhuri, was later seen on The Kapil Sharma Show wearing the design and was alleged of hypocrisy or ‘doglapan,’ a phrase he often uses.

Ashneer informed Rohan Joshi and Sahil Shah that the entrepreneur usually creates outfits for models, but the ones she exhibited on the show were not up to the mark.

The whole event was tied up in a brief video released on Instagram by ‘Twee In One,’ who thanked Madhuri Grover for believing in their work.

Madhuri responded to the video by appreciating the gown’s designer. “The sharks didn’t seem to enjoy the clothes on the sideboard, but the outfits you and the models wore were lovely.  Keep up the wonderful work, and best of luck with your new endeavor!!”

Relationship With Other Sharks

When asked about his relationships with other sharks and what he’s learned from them, Ashneer said, “he and Aman Gupta are as thick as thieves if they aren’t battling for a contract.”

“Can’t recall, maybe only how to pronounce Pune,” he claimed, adding that he didn’t ‘learn’ anything from Namita Thapar. He described Anupam Mittal as an excellent ‘judge’ of people and said he and Vinita Singh got along well. He described Peeyush Bansal as a “genuinely decent” guy and told he had little contact with Ghazal Alagh.
