Sidharth Malhotra Opens Up On His Struggles: “Nobody Believed Me That I Will Be Actor”!

Sidharth Malhotra is now one of Bollywood’s biggest stars. The actor has come a long way since making his acting debut in Student Of The Year. Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan also appeared in the film.

The actor took a break to pursue his dreams. However, after ten years in the industry, he believes that entertaining people is a difficult task. He even remembered his journey and how he managed to survive. He opened up about his difficult times.

In an interview with a news portal, the actor stated that working on a film set was a distant dream for him. It was difficult for Sidharth to have such ambitions growing up in a middle-class family.

As a kid, I was open about it because it was not something I was open about. I wasn’t the same there. I didn’t start facing still cameras and all that until I was in my late teens. People began to notice various aspects.” Previously, the actor admitted that his family never took him seriously.

Sidharth went on to say that ten years ago, The fact that I was part of such a mega-launch for my first film is a big milestone in my life,” he said. The actor considered the journey to be the most difficult part. However, he has realised that the struggles one must endure in order to survive are the true struggle. Sidharth told Pinkvilla that entertaining this country and being in this business is a difficult task.

Sidharth also revealed that he received his first 7000 rupees, which he gave to his mother.

Sidharth will next be seen in ‘Mission Majnu,’ alongside Rashmika Mandanna. He also has a film called ‘Thank God,’ in which he co-stars with Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, and Nora Fatehi. The actor’s also stars in Rohit Shetty’s web series Mission Majnu, which will be available on Amazon Prime.
