Police has completed their investigation of Sheezan Khan, a suspect in the case, and a 524-page indictment has also been filed against him. His request for bail has now been heard and it is believed that Sheezan Khan will accept bail this time.

Sheezan Khan has been in prison for two months. Sheezan recently filed for bail with the Vasai court, which will be heard in court on February 23, 2023. This time it looks like Sheezan will be released on bail. The Vasai police also filed a 524-page indictment against Shijan.

Sheezan Khan Can Get Bail

Sharad Rai, Sheejan Khan’s lawyer, claims that he previously filed the actor’s bail petition in the Bombay High Court, but that the petition has since been withdrawn. The actor’s bail petition has now been filed in Vasai court. According to the application, the charge sheet in the case has been filed, and the police investigation has also been completed. As a result, the accused can now be released on bail.

On December 24, 2022, the actress committed suicide by hanging herself on the set of her TV show ‘Ali Baba: Dastan E Kabul’. She was seen talking to Sheejan before the suicide, according to CCTV. Tunisha’s mother also accused him of cheating. It was reported that the actress was depressed following the breakup.
