Actor Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita Khan shares a great bond with Katrina Kaif. The two have attended parties together and have shared messages for each other on social media platforms in the past. Arpita and her husband actor Aayush Sharma have congratulated the newly-wed couple, Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif. Arpita and Aayush took to their Instagram Stories to write notes for the couple.

Arpita shared a picture of Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal from their wedding ceremony and tagged the newly-wed couple. Alongside the picture, she congratulated the two by writing, “Heartiest congratulations. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness.”

Aayush Sharma shared Katrina Kaif’s post and penned, “Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness..may God bless you. Welcome to the other side @katrinakaif @vickykaushal09.”

Though Arpita is one of closest friends of Katrina, last week while speaking to India Today, she revealed that she isn’t invited to the intimate wedding of Katrina Kaif. “We haven’t got any invite for the wedding,” she said.

Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif had tied the knot yesterday at the Six Senses Fort Bawara in Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur. A few hours after the wedding, Vicky and Katrina shared the official candid clicks from the ceremony on their respective Instagram accounts.

The couple captioned the photos on their respective Instagram accounts with an identical note that read, “Only love and gratitude in our hearts for everything that brought us to this moment. Seeking all your love and blessings as we begin this new journey together.”

Designer Sabyasachi also shared pictures of the couple on Instagram and revealed that he had designed the bride and the groom’s outfits. Katrina Kaif wore a red bridal lehenga which paid homage to groom Vicky’s Punjabi roots. Kaushal on the other hand donned an ivory silk sherwani.
