Bigg Boss 11 fame Sapna Chaudhary is a renowned singer and dancer from Haryana. She remains busy with her back-to-back events. Sapna is the heart of Haryanvi. But recently,  Chaudhary has landed herself in legal trouble. Back in 2018, she was not able to fulfil her commitment to performing at an event due to which she might have to face court now.

As per the recent reports, an arrest warrant has been issued against Sapna Choudhary. “Sapna did not perform at an event on October 13, 2018, for which she was paid by organizers in advance. The organizers have dragged the matter to court and now the singer will be produced before Lucknow’s ACJM court soon,” stated the source.

Sapna had obtained bail in this case, but she did not turn up at the time of the hearing. This irked the complainant, Chawla. She collected money from him many a time citing various reasons.

Let us tell you that this is not the first time that Sapna has gotten into such trouble. She has been accused of cheating and breaching contracts in the past too. In February 2021, the Economic Offences Wing of Delhi Police filed a case against Sapna on behalf of a celebrity management company that was managing her. She along with several others including her mother and brother was accused of criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy, cheating, and misappropriation of funds.

The FIR stated that Sapna broke an artist management agreement, which clearly mentioned that she would not be working with any other company nor joining any other company, nor have direct or indirect contact with any client of the complainant. But Sapna breached the agreement and did business activities that were against the terms of the contract.
