Not 18 March or 28 April! Now Rajamouli’s ‘RRR’ Will Be Released On This Date!!

Due to the restrictions imposed on theatres, the release of films has become like a game of chess for the producers to fix the release date. Who would have understood this better than the makers of the much awaited 2022 film RRR. Finally, now the release date of RRR has been confirmed and the film will be released in theaters in March itself.

On Monday, the makers announced the new release date of the film. According to the makers, RRR will now hit the theaters on March 25. Last week, the makers of RRR had locked 2 release dates for the film – March 18 or April 28. But, on both these dates, the release of big Hindi films had already been announced. Akshay Kumar’s film Bachchan Pandey will be released on March 18 on the occasion of Holi. At the same time, Ajay Devgan’s Runway 34 and Tiger Shroff’s Heropanti 2 are to be released on 28 April. In such a situation, releasing RRR on both these dates would have been a loss-making deal for the makers as RRR is to be released on a large scale in Hindi as well as Telugu.

 

 

RRR is a mega budget film, for which the makers cannot take any risk. In such a situation, it was necessary to fix a safe date for the release of the film. RRR will now release on March 25, a week after the release of Bachchan Pandey. However, on this date, Kartik Aaryan starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is going to release. RRR is the story of two freedom fighters set during the British rule. Apart from Ram Charan, NTR Jr, Shriya Saran, Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt are also going to be seen playing important roles in the film.

 

 

After leaving the date of April 28 of RRR, now the Telugu film Acharya will be released on April 29. The makers announced this via social media after a healthy discussion and mutual understanding, Acharya will release on April 29, as RRR is hitting the theaters on March 25. Acharya is directed by Koratala Siva. In the film, Ram Charan will be seen working with his father Chiranjeevi in ​​the film. Apart from these two, Pooja Hegde and Kajal Aggarwal are also playing lead roles in the film.
