Parag Tyagi Opens Up About Shefali Jariwala’s Demise, Says He Felt “Something Unnatural” Happened With His Wife

The sudden demise of actress and model Shefali Jariwala left the entertainment industry and her fans deeply shocked. Since her passing, her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, has occasionally spoken about the emotional and spiritual impact the tragedy had on his life. In a recent conversation, Parag Tyagi shared that certain incidents surrounding Shefali’s death felt unnatural to him. He also revealed that, at one point, he wondered whether negative energy or black magic may have played a role in the events that unfolded.

Speaking about his feelings, Parag said, “Some things struck me as extremely strange and unnatural. We were extremely health-conscious; Shefali and I underwent regular blood tests and health checkups every few months.” The actor further explained that during that period, he had developed a deep spiritual connection with Lord Hanuman and had begun sensing that something was not right, even though he could not fully understand it at the time.

He stated, “During that period, I had a strong intuition that something was amiss, although I couldn’t fully comprehend it at the time.” Parag Tyagi added that between 2021 and 2024, he gradually started understanding certain things differently and personally felt that something unusual had taken place. However, he also clarified that he does not blame or accuse anyone for the tragedy and has left everything to faith and destiny.

Despite his suspicions, the actor emphasized that he has surrendered the matter to God and chooses not to hold anyone responsible. During the interview, Parag also reflected on grief, emotional healing, and the role spirituality has played in helping him cope with the loss of his wife. When asked whether work helped him stay mentally strong during this difficult period, he responded by saying that constantly staying busy is not always a solution for emotional pain.

He remarked, “People often say that one should stay busy, but being constantly busy can itself become a form of struggle. No one can work around the clock.” The actor further shared his views on modern lifestyles and emotional well-being, especially among younger generations. According to him, excessive focus on work, distractions, and materialistic pursuits can sometimes distance people from inner peace and emotional balance.
