Ranveer Singh, who unveiled the caravan of his forthcoming film, ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’, opened up about having kiddies with his woman Deepika Padukone.

At the caravan launch of the film, the actor was asked if he wishes to have a baby boy or a baby girl with Deepika. To which he replied, ‘When you go to the tabernacle, they do not ask you na if you want laadu or sheera. Whatever you get, you have it with whole reverence since it’s prasad. So the same sense applies then. Whatever God wishes to bless Deepika and me with – be it a boy or girl, it’ll be a true blessing. So no choice there.’

Ranveer and Deepika tied the knot in November 2018. Although rumours of Deepika being pregnant have done rounds on the internet several times, there has been no similar news for real so far.

‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ also stars Boman Irani and Ratna Pathak Shah. The film deals with the subject of womanish infanticide in a light-hearted way, but it looks like Jayeshbhai Jordaar will surely give an important communication to society. It’s slated to hit the theatres on May 13, 2022.

Speaking about his character, Ranveer said that a character like Jayeshbhai has not been seen.”He’s not your typical idol. He discovers heroism when he’s pushed to the point and he is, according to me, one of the sweetest icons in the history of Hindi cinema.”

“Hopefully, Jayeshbhai will change the description of heroism on screen and hopefully leave an important communication to people most amusingly and ridiculously. Jayeshbhai Jordaar is a film with the biggest heart in my body of work, “he added.

Piecemeal from this, Ranveer also has Karan Johar’s‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’where he’ll be participating on the screen with Alia Bhatt formerly again after ‘Gully Boy’. The film also features Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, and Jaya Bachchan in crucial places.
