Whenever we see Swiggy and Zomato delivery executives working hard to earn two times of bread for a day. They even work in the hard shinning sun in hot summers and in thunder and lightning too. They get wet in the rain and still deliver our food on time. Almost every one of us feels attached to them and wants to help them but when the question of helping them comes we people always take our feet back.

Restaurant Banned Delivery Executive using Washroom

These people get discriminated by us in one or the other way. For example a few days back Bangalore model case happened where that model accused Zomato delivery executive of hitting her nose. Similarly, a few days back a mall in Udaipur banned food delivery executives from using the lift and asked them to use the stairs instead. It started a discussion online about how people can be so ‘discriminatory’ towards these people.

Now a similar incident happened, one restaurant named ‘Corner House Ice Creams’ put up a notice banning food delivery executives from using their washroom. Even though the exact location of the eatery wasn’t confirmed, a picture of the notice was shared.

People’s Reaction

Now, this incident has left people online divided into two parts. While some argued how this was unfair to the delivery executives and that they shouldn’t be treated so poorly. On the other hand, some argued that it isn’t possible for private restaurants to allow innumerable delivery executives to visit the washroom that is meant for customers and that the government should work towards constructing more public toilets.
