It is time to put an end to all questions and speculations. My association with Neela Film Productions and ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’ has officially come to an end. It has been a wonderful journey of learning, making friends, and spending some of the best years of my career.”

Talking about the show, Raj further writes: “I would like to thank everyone who supported me on this journey. The entire team of the show, my friends, my family, and, of course, all of you. Everyone who welcomed me on the show and loved me as ‘Tapu.’ Your love for my craft has always inspired me to give my best to each and every one of you. I wish the team of Taarak Mehta all the very best for the future of the show.” Concluding his words, the actor says: “I will be back soon to entertain you all.
