Since Alia Bhatt revealed her pregnancy with a sweet Instagram post, Ranbir Kapoor has been ecstatic. The pair is receiving congratulations from all sides. Ranbir was recently spotted by photographers in the city. Ranbir couldn’t help but funnily answer them as they gave him their congratulations on soon being a parent.
Ranbir retorted as soon as the paparazzi referred to him as the soon-to-be dad, “Tu chacha ban gya, tu mama.” Ranveer Singh was also wished a happy birthday and referred to as a fantastic guy by him. Ranbir and Alia will soon welcome their first child, and it appears that he simply cannot wait to become a dad.

In the meantime, Alia will appear with Ranveer Singh on season seven of Karan Johar’s talk show Koffee With Karan. They will discuss the relationship trajectories of celebs, how they assist their spouses, and how their lives have changed since they wed the love of their lives. After that, Alia will continue the conversation by sharing her personal experience of blending in with the Kapoor family.
She described her transition from a nuclear family to the lavish celebrations of Bollywood’s First Family, retracing her steps along the way, “I have been brought up between me, my mum, my sister and my father. That was it. Our interaction was very limited. We were a very close family, but we were not a big family. We did not have these massive celebrations or get-togethers.”
On June 27, actress Alia Bhatt announced that she and actor Ranbir Kapoor were expecting a child. Priyanka Chopra, Parineeti Chopra, and Karan Johar, as well as other celebrities, congratulated Ranbir and Alia on the pregnancy after seeing her Instagram post.
The next movie featuring Ranbir will be Shamshera, starring Vaani Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. Ranbir and Vaani, who will be sharing screen time for the first time in the movie, posed for a photoshoot after the trailer and teasers were revealed. Yash Raj Films posted pictures of Vaani and Ranbir on Wednesday with the remark, “Keeping each other company… Balli and Sona,” in reference to their Shamshera characters.
Heart Of Stone, Alia Bhatt’s Hollywood debut starring Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, is currently being filmed in London. Brahmastra Part One: Shiva would be the first film to feature Alia and Ranbir together. On September 9, the movie, which also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy, will open in theatres. Ayan Mukerji is the director of Brahmastra.
