Alongside her, Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Anushka Sharma, Kangana Ranaut, and Sonam Kapoor have also walked the prestigious red carpet.

Over time, several other celebrities, including Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Richa Chadha, Janhvi Kapoor, Aditi Rao Hydari, Anurag Kashyap, Sara Ali Khan, and Mrunal Thakur, have attended the festival. Now, Tara Sutaria is also joining the growing Indian presence at Cannes this year.

Meanwhile, Tara was set to appear next in Yash’s highly anticipated gangster drama, Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups. The film was earlier scheduled for a theatrical release next month, but its release was postponed once again, leaving fans disappointed and eagerly waiting for a new date. Explaining the delay, Yash said Indian cinema was earning greater global recognition, making it important for filmmakers and actors to uphold high standards. He shared that the team viewed the postponement as an opportunity to improve the film further.

According to him, refining the project would help it create the desired impact on audiences worldwide and strengthen its international appeal. The action film also featured Kiara Advani, Nayanthara, Rukmini Vasanth, and Huma Qureshi in important roles. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the movie created strong excitement among fans before its release.
