Produced under the banner of Karan Johar’s company Dharma Productions, ‘Gehraiyaan’ is going to be released on the OTT platform soon. The trailer of this film was released on Thursday through a virtual event. Which is being liked by all. At the trailer launch of the film, Karan Johar interacted with the film’s star cast and other people related to the film. On this occasion, actress Ananya Panday shared some interesting things related to the film.

Talking about the story of being offered the film, Ananya said that she always wanted to work with director Shakun Batra. When Shakun Batra and Ayesha were narrating the script to me, I told them can I go to the bathroom? After that I didn’t come out for 20 minutes. He was scared, he thought that I had fainted but it was not so. I was shocked. I could not believe that this project has come to me and I was very happy to be a part of such a film. Shakun Batra was always on my bucketlist. I couldn’t believe that Shakun Batra wanted to work with me.

Ananya further said, being a part of this film was the biggest blessing for me. The relationship we formed during the film, we were in Goa for 2 months and the special thing about it is that we all came very close during that time. Everyone we have worked with in this film has become like family. Every moment of the film was magical. I believe that I have changed a lot not only as an actor but also as a human being.

Talking about the film, Gehraiyaan will release on February 11 on Amazon Prime. Karan Johar told during the trailer launch that the film ‘Ghehraiyaan’ is a story of love, longing and yearning. Apart from Ananya, Deepika Padukone, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Dhairya Karwa will be seen in the lead roles in the film.
