Deepika Singh Recalls When Her School Principal Said- Why You Come To Such School If You Can’t Afford!

Deepika Singh, who rose to fame with her participation in the Star Plus show ‘Diya Aur Baati Hum’, said that one of the reasons she was drawn to acting was because she saw it as jackpot. The reason is that the actress, who grew up in a single family in Delhi, experienced many financial crises as a child. Deepika, the eldest of four children, said that although she had a good childhood, she had many ups and downs. she also recalled that she and her brothers were once sent home without school bags because our bus fare was not paid on time.

Why you come to such school if you can’t afford

The actress said, “After school, I used to go to my father’s factory because the school bus doesn’t go to Paharganj. I served in the Air Force school until the 8th grade, then moved to a government school. And that was me who went to the prinicipal and showed my grades and diplomas because my father didn’t want that I leave my last school. I was ovserving that the financial crisis was the reason for my eduaction. Once My Principal of Airforce school said “jab aapke bas ki nahi hai to itne bade school mein kyun aate ho” (Why did you go to such a big school if you don’t have money?).And This word prompted me to do something big about that this school will regret it later.

My father went Bankcrupt during the epidemic plague

She also recalls: My father ran an embroidery factory, but suffered great losses. When we were young, when shipments were shipped from Mumbai to the United States, but that time Plague spread around the world. So They burnt them thinking that they might have been infected by the epidemic at the same time that it was spreading. My father went bankrupt due to a large number of loans. But two or three years ago he some how managed before he had another accident and was asked for bed rest for a year.

We didn’t really feel the effect when we were at home with a large family, but we felt it at school, when our fees were not used to paid on times. I was old enough to see these things that time. We would be ridiculed and get taunts. That time when they kept my school bags and sent my brother and me home without them. It made me realize that our times has changed.”
