Nargis Fakhri Finally Reveals Why She Took A Mental Health Break From Bollywood, Deets Inside!!!

Nargis Fakhri is one of the popular stars in Bollywood. Over time, she has been a part of numerous flicks including Rockstar and Main Tera Hero. Post-2017, Nargis decided to take a break from Bollywood. In a recent interview, Nargis participated that she was trespassed and stressed and it’s what made her realise that she was not doing effects that made her happy. She added that she was allowed of taking a break to balance between her mind and body.

Speaking to Times of India, the actress participated,” Nearly down the line, I realised that I was trespassed and stressed. I missed my family and musketeers. I remember that 2016-2017 was a period of realisation for me. I felt that I was not doing effects that made me happy. I did flicks back-to-reverse and allowed there was just too important passing, and I demanded to stop. I felt the need to break to balance my mind and body. And that is when I took the step.”

The actress further talked about how notorieties sweat at getting lost if they take a break. She added, “Once in a while, it’s important for the sake of your internal and physical health to take a break. I know that in the assiduity, actors, their directors, and indeed PR agencies tell you that you have to be more visible and that if you take a break for too long, people tend to forget you.”

She went on to add, “I suppose there’s a lot of fear in the minds of the artists who do not want to lose what they’ve worked hard for. My perspective is, you no way lose, especially when you take time out for yourself, for tone- care, and to introspect rather you actually win when you do that.”

The actress was last seen in a supporting part in the Netflix film Torbaaz. She participated screen space with Sanjay Dutt and Rahul Dev. Up next, she’ll be seen in the Telugu film Hari Hara Veera Mallu, which stars Palwan Kalyan.
