‘Not A Reason For Flop Films’: Riteish Deshmukh Expresses His Reaction On Boycott Trend

Many Bollywood movies have seen the trend of boycotting social media in the recent times. Recently, after the release of the teaser of Aadipurush, the film is being heavily criticized. Meanwhile, actor Riteish Deshmukh has openly expressed his views on the boycott trend.

The actor spoke about the failures of Bollywood during an interview. Riteish Deshmukh has said that the success of Brahmastra at the box office has ended a ‘drought’ for the Hindi film industry. During this, he also talked about the boycott trend. The actor said that the success of Brahmastra shows that it is not the boycott but the content that is determining the fate of the films.

Riteish said that the reason behind the non-working of Bollywood films is its content and not the boycott trend. If the story of a film is not good and there is a boycott of the film, then it seems that the film could not work because of the boycott. Whereas the real reason for this is the content itself. If the story of any film is good then it will definitely work. The film Brahmastra has given new hope in the industry.

Let us tell that the film Brahmastra created a ruckus at the box office after its release. The film is earning bumpers in India as well as abroad. According to media reports, so far this film has earned more than its budget worldwide. Talking about the work front, Riteish was recently seen in the film Plan A Plan B. His opposite Tamannaah Bhatia was seen in this film. The film was released on Netflix on 30 September. Talking about the upcoming projects of the actor, he is working in Kakuda, Visfot and Mister Mummy.
