Ranbir Kapoor’s Neighbours Complain About Media Invasion Amid His Wedding- Deets Inside

The wedding of Bollywood celebrity couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt have tested residents in Mumbai’s Pali Hill neighbourhood over the last several days.

The Pali Hill Residents’ Association has received a complaint from Ranbir’s neighbours.

As a result of the action, the PHRA has dispatched a senior constable to the area to help calm down the mayhem that has engulfed the area as shutterbugs swarm the gates of Ranbir’s Vastu mansion every time a star passes by. Residents have said that the media is “basically attacking the cars,” according to a source.

When contacted, PHRA Secretary Madhu Poplai confirmed and said, “I had no option but to call a senior inspector. After he arrived, we had a meeting in the lobby of Ranbir’s building Vastu. A member of the organizer group that has made the arrangements of the Shaadi, who was incidentally in Vastu at that instant, was called to join the meeting.”

Poplai further said, “The media should understand that Pali Hill is a sloping area and these slopes are even in some bylanes; it has become increasingly risky to drive or even wade through since the past 3/4 days. Nearly 200 media people are standing at different points on the road and they swoop from nowhere at any given instant. This is nothing but a violation of safety norms.”

A member of the wedding planning committee, who happened to be in Vastu at the time, was also summoned to the meeting. Around 200 media members are currently stationed along the road, appearing out of nowhere anytime a car approaches the wedding destination.

On Thursday, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt tied the knot in a small ceremony. Alia shared pictures and wrote, “Surrounded by our family and friends, at home…in our favourite spot – the balcony we’ve spent…last 5 years of our relationship – we got married.” “With so much already behind us, we can’t wait to build more memories together,” she added.
