Saif Ali Khan has been keeping the rumor mills busy these days, all thanks to his interesting lineup of projects and announcements of many new films. Last seen in horror-comedy, Bhoot Police alongside Arjun Kapoor, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Yami Gautam, Saif is now in talks for a sequel of the same movie. Let us tell you that Saif began shooting for Bhoot Police in 2016 but it came out in 2021. The movie has opened to mixed reviews.

Recently in an interview with Pinkvilla, Saif has revealed that he is looking forward to the Bhoot Police sequel. He said, “I am looking forward to some meetings with the production house to find out the future they are seeing in the Bhoot Police franchise and the direction they are looking to take it in. There’s a lot of potentials. One can send these guys on any kind of adventure with all kinds of supernatural crazy things happening around.”

He further added, “If we can nail the kid-friendly space of horror-comedy, (it would be amazing). I have got a small son and I am more conscious of getting that genre right. He (Taimur) liked the film too.”

But apart from Bhoot Police, it was also reported that Saif has been offered the Ramesh Taurani franchise Race 4. Several rumors have hinted that Race 4 is in the making and Saif Ali Khan has been approached for the same.

After hearing the rumors of being offered Race 4, the actor said, “God knows. I have stopped thinking about these things. I was wondering what can be done with Race as sequels are so difficult to come with. You should ask Ramesh Ji if he has plans to continue it in a different direction. I don’t know if Race 4 makes…We need to see what the script is and anyway, nobody has offered Race to me. Ramesh Ji is the best person to ask.”

For the unversed, Saif has done 2 installments of the Race franchise. In the third part, Salman Khan took his place. Saif is currently having a good phase as an actor. He is all set for Vikram Vedha’s remake with Hrithik Roshan and Adipurush with Prabhas. There’s also Rahul Dholakia’s Fire with Excel Entertainment in his kitty.
