Many Indian movie fans discovered the definition of “fashionista” because of Sonam Kapoor Ahuja. Due to her diva-like image and status as a fashion icon, the wonderful actress turned this era into a family affair.

She is, however, also a top actor, as seen by her work in films like Raanjhanaa (2013), Khoobsurat (2014), Neerja (2016), and others. She has been absent from the vast exhibition since she was last seen in The Zoya Factor (2019). But she’ll return this year with a bang thanks to the intriguing movie Blind. And according to sources, it is set up for an immediate virtual premiere.

Blind has been ready for a while, and the producers have finally opted to release it on Zee5, revealed by a source. They considered it appropriate that it might make its online television debut on OTT due to the uncertain box office environment. Additionally, it’s a thriller that may be enjoyed by spectators at home. Before the agreement with Zee5 was signed, the movie underwent a long voyage, though.

The source stated, “The creators of Blind approached Zee5 last year. However, the price the streaming juggernaut offered to pay for the movie was less than what the directors had anticipated. They subsequently declined and contacted Netflix. Sujoy Ghosh is directing and producing The Devotion Of Suspect X, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan, for the digital platform. He is also co-producing Blind. He made an attempt to pitch Netflix both of these movies together. However, the agreement was broken because Netflix would not pay a price that was acceptable for Blind.” The source continued, “The makers of Blind then went back to Zee5 and the deal was locked. It is expected to release in the first quarter of 2023.”

Blind also stars Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey in addition to Sonam Kapoor Ahuja. It is an official remake of the 2011 Korean film of the same name, which was directed by newbie Shome Makhija. It tells the tale of a blind policeman on the hunt for a serial killer.
