Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood’s ‘Badshah’ Shah Rukh Khan, has been caught by the NCB a few days ago in a drugs case. Aryan Khan was partying with some friends in the Cordelia ship going from Mumbai to Goa on October 2. Meanwhile, the NCB team got a tip and they raided the cruise. Eight people including Aryan Khan have been arrested for this action. After which many people are supporting Aryan Khan in this matter. Now the name of Vikas Singh, the lawyer of the family of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput, has also been added to Aryan’s supporters.
In fact, recently, lawyer Vikas Singh had a conversation with NDTV regarding this matter. During this conversation, Vikas Singh talked about Aryan Khan’s arrest. Vikas Singh said that the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act is based on recovery. If there is no recovery, then no crime is committed. He said that the punishment also depends on the recovery. If the quantity is less then 1 year, if it is more then the punishment will increase accordingly, but if there is no recovery then there will be no punishment.
Vikas Singh further said that ‘If someone has been arrested without recovery then it is a complete violation of the law. If someone is taking drugs then he can be considered as the victim of this crime and not the culprit. If you are supplying drugs or pedaling, then the crime is created. Let us tell you that Vikas Singh is fighting the case for the late actor on behalf of the family of Sushant Singh Rajput. Talking about Aryan Khan, on the other hand, Aryan is currently in the custody of Narcotics Control Bureau. Aryan along with others arrested after the recent Covid test have been taken to Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai. Many Bollywood celebrities are supporting Aryan Khan and many stars even went to his house to meet Shahrukh Khan.
