Akshara Singh Age-Shames Shamita Shetty, Kashmera Shah Comes Out In Support Of The Latter

Bhojpuri actress, Akshara Singh who is currently locked inside Karan Johar’s Bigg Boss OTT house is having her share of arguments and nasty fights with the co-contestants. What has come out till now reflects that the beautiful actress doesn’t share a great rapport with co-participant Shamita Shetty. The two often bad mouths each other during their fights.

Recently, Akshara again got into argument with Shamita. The event of their fight turned ugly when Akshara took a dig at Shamita’s age as an insult and said that Shamita is as old as her mother.

The issue popped up over some Kitchen duties. Akshara Singh accused Shamita of speaking badly to her and also said that talking in English won’t make you superior to the others. Akshara has pointed out this English-speaking thing earlier also. The actress said in Hindi, “You show off your English and hound others.” On this Shamita replied, “It doesn’t matter what language I speak in, you get on my nerves.”

Shamita yelled at her and said, “I am not your servant,” and later was seen talking in private to Raqesh Bapat about the same. She said, “Whenever I say something to her, she starts attacking me.” In the Kitchen area, Akshara wasn’t ready to calm down and said, “She is as old as my mother, doesn’t she have any manners? She’s a very ill-mannered woman.”

Now, reacting to Akshara’s comments on Shamita, ex-Bigg Boss contestant Kashmera Shah has extended her support to the latter. And not just her, Kashmera slammed Pratik Sehajpal, Moose Jattana, and Nishant Bhat also in her series of tweets.

Kashmera shared a video clip where we could see Moose and Nishant laughing and making fun of Shamita’s age. The two were sitting with Pratik and Akshara. They could be heard as saying, ‘ma ki umar ki hai (mother’s age)’ and ‘jab yeh boli na ma ki umar ki hai, buddhai ja rahi hai (when she said ‘she’s my mother’s age, getting old’)’.

Tweeting her views, Kashmera Shah wrote, “Darling #akshara agar @ShamitaShetty ma Ke umar ki hain toh main yeh janna chahti hoon kya tum Ghar pe apne ma se bhi aisi batameezi se baat karti ho?Ab kahan gayi aapko sabhyata (Akshara darling, if Shamita Shetty is your mother’s age I want to know if you talk to your mother in this ill-mannered way at home too? Where are your manners now)? Not cool #ageist.”

Further in the tweet, Kashmera wrote, “Shame on you all for age-shaming our girls. How dare you? I have got an instant dislike for these four now and I stand by @ShamitaShetty and anyone that goes through this age slamming. You are lucky I am not inside to break your face housemates.”

Kashmera also added, “I am total with @ShamitaShetty on this issue of age and background l went through this last season when I was inside the house? What does age or background have to do with skill and determination.”

Earlier also, we have witnessed on several occasions that how Shamita and Akshara have a certain level of disliking for each other. In the past, Akshara Singh addressed Shamita as ‘Maasi (aunty)’ while talking about her with Urfi Javed. The two were laughing at Shamita’s age. In the same conversation, Urfi said, “Apne season mein toh haar ke hi gayi na, kya kar liya (she couldn’t do anything in her season).”

For the unversed, Shamita Shetty had previously participated in Bigg Boss 3 and had left the show in the mid-way because of her sister, Shilpa Shetty’s wedding to the businessman, Raj Kundra.
