Aryan Khan Has Affirmed The Consummation Of ‘Charas’: Panchanama By NCB.

In the recent update of the Mumbai Cruise Case, the officers of Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) recorded the ‘Panchnama’ (also known as a witness record); the suspected drug offender in Mumbai admitted to consuming ‘charas’ (Cannabis) brought over by his friend Arbaaz Merchant as a means of enjoyment on the luxurious ‘Cordeila’.

According to Panchnama, NCB officer Ashish Rajan Prasad explained the provisions to them NDPS Act Section 50. The drug agency also offered to search Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant in front of the officials, but the two young men refused. The investigating officer questioned Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant if they had any narcotics, to which Arbaaz answered yes and mentioned that he had charas hidden in his shoe.

Arbaaz Merchant voluntarily removed a zip lock bag containing a ‘black sticky substance’ from his shoe, and the substance was tested with the DD kit and confirmed as ‘Charas’. He recovered a total of six grams of the same narcotic drug.

When asked by Aryan Khan, he also admitted to using charas and confirmed that they had planned to use the drug confiscated from the Arbaaz merchant aboard the cruise ship.

The panchnama was recorded in the presence of two panchas, namely Kiran Gosavi and Prabhakar Roghoji Sen. Kiran Gosavi identifies himself as a private detective and appeared in a viral ‘selfie’ with Aryan Khan that was clicked on last Sunday before the star child was arrested at the Mumbai International Cruise Terminal.

On Friday, a Mumbai court dismissed the bail of Aryan Khan, who was arrested by the NCB in connection with the alleged drug seizure of a Goa-bound cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. He and seven other defendants in the case, including his friend Arbaaz Merchant, had previously been detained for 14 days by Metropolitan Additional Chief Magistrate RM Nerlikar.
