Check Out Shahid Kapoor’s Next Action-Packed Project For Which He Teamed Up With Bhushan Kumar

Thursday started with some exciting news for Shahid Kapoor fans. The makers of the action film Bull revealed on Thursday that Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor will star in it. Shahid will play a paratrooper on the battlefield in the movie. Producers Bhushan Kumar, Amar Butala, and Garima Mehta collaborated on the Kabir Singh star’s next film. Aditya Nimbalkar will helm the film, which will begin production in 2022. Aseem Arrora and Parveez Shaikh will write the story and screenplay for Bull.

Talking about it in a statement, Shahid Kapoor expressed his excitement to be a part of the ambitious project. “Bull is a full-blown action film inspired by real events from the life of Brigadier Bulsara. It is a privilege to play a paratrooper who leads his boys through a historic and selfless mission that has now become iconic for its precision and bravado. The opportunity to play a paratrooper is exhilarating and truly an honour,” the 40-year-old said in a statement.

Kumar, Managing Director, T-Series said he is happy to team up with Kapoor again after their 2019 blockbuster Kabir Singh. “We’re all set to bring the audience an action extravaganza with our second collaboration with Shahid after ‘Kabir Singh’. I’m elated that my association with Amar Butala and Garima Mehta could hold the key to great cinema,” he said.

Shahid, his wife Mira Rajput, and their children Zain and Misha are now on vacation in the Maldives. A few days ago, the Kabir Singh actor took a break from work and went on a trip. Aside from Bull, the actor was last seen in the commercial blockbuster Kabir Singh alongside Kiara Advani, who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming sports drama, Jersey. It also stars Mrunal Thakur and Pankaj Kapur in pivotal roles. The story is about a talented but failed cricketer named Arjun, who decides to make a comeback in his late thirties and play for India, to fulfill his son’s wish. On December 31, 2021, the film will be released. It is a Hindi version of the Telugu film Jersey, which stars Nani and is directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri. Shahid also has a web series with Raashii Khanna called Raj & DK.
