The theft was reported to the police, after which the police started an investigation. In the initial investigation, when the police searched the CCTV footage, they found many important clues, based on which the police arrested both of them.

The police have recovered 50 thousand rupees stolen from them. Both were produced in court. The court has sent both of them to police custody till June 23.
