Urvashi Rautela Attends India-Pakistan Match Despite Claiming She Does Not Watch Cricket

Actress Urvashi Rautela went to the India-Pakistan Asia Cup game in Dubai despite having previously claimed that she doesn’t “watch cricket” and making an indirect jab at Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant. Urvashi published a photo from a fan account that showed the actor on Sunday at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on her Instagram Stories. This picture was captioned “India vs. Pakistan.”

In any case, Rishabh was absent from the Sunday game because the Indian team decided to start Dinesh Karthik in his place. However, the cricketer was present, supporting his team from the dugout. Someone responded to the initial tweet by writing, “Last time she stated I don’t watch cricket,” Another individual remarked, “Inko cricket pasand nahi tha na (She didn’t like cricket, right)?” An Instagram user wrote, “Accha isiliye Mr. RP nahi khel raha (that’s why RP isn’t playing)… Urvashi was pictured clutching the flag in an Instagram post that was posted by a fan account. She was seen in a video waving the flag while seated near the grandstand.

Urvashi shared a fan account’s post mentioning an image of the actor at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Urvashi hosted an Instagram Ask Me Anything earlier this month. When asked by a supporter who her favourite cricketer was, “I don’t follow cricket in any way, so I don’t know any players. I have the utmost regard for Virat Sir and Sachin Sir.”

Reports alleged that the two had blocked one another on WhatsApp much later in the same year. In 2019, Rishabh shot down rumours and declared his love for girlfriend Isha Negi. In an interview she gave in August, Urvashi said that a certain “Mr RP” had waited for her for about ten hours in a hotel lobby to see her while she was sleeping and that she felt awful for making him wait so long.
